声通科技(02495)：提议委任梁健康为独立非执行董事
声通科技(02495)发布公告，冼伟健已向董事会提交辞呈，辞去独立非执行董事职务，自2024年8月1日起生效，以减少其工作量并投入更多时间追求其他个人事业和工作安排。辞任后，冼先生不再担任公司审核委员会主席及薪酬委员会成员。
为填补审核委员会及薪酬委员会的空缺，并使公司在切实可行的情况下尽快重新符合上市规则第3.21、3.25及19A.18(1)条的规定，公司提名委员会经考虑梁健康的资格、工作经验及预期其将为公司付出的时间及精力后，已建议董事会提议委任梁先生为独立非执行董事。委任梁先生为独立非执行董事须待公司股东于公司股东大会批准后方可作实。
