汇贤产业信托(87001)发盈警，预计中期可供分派的金额同比大幅减少
汇贤产业信托(87001)发布公告，汇贤产业信托预期截至2024年6月30日止六个月可供分派的金额较截至2023年6月30日止六个月大幅减少。主要原因为受到汇贤产业信托日期为2024年5月31日的公告所披露的已变现汇兑亏损约人民币1.59亿元所影响。汇贤产业信托预期于截至2024年6月30日止六个月取得预计可供分派的金额约人民币2000万元，相比截至2023年6月30日止六个月可供分派的金额为约人民币2.43亿元。
