港股异动 | 圣诺医药-B(02257)盘中涨超8% 公司与GRC达成合作 将RNAi疗法推向美容医学领域
圣诺医药-B(02257)盘中涨超8%，截至发稿，涨5.62%，报4.89港元，成交额1554.63万港元。
消息面上，圣诺医药宣布与Gore Range Capital合作，成立合资企业Sagesse Bio，将其新型RNAi治疗产品推向美容医学领域。据悉，Sagesse Bio将迅速开发圣诺医药已经在临床阶段（通过IND）的先导化合物，该药物已经处于并完成其他适应症的II期临床试验，最初关注的适应症包括塑身和减少脂肪。
根据合作协定，Sagesse Bio将在圣诺医药的科学和技术支持下，立即启动其主要候选产品SGY-101的临床，并获得与产品相关的知识产权的转让和授权。作为回报，圣诺医药将获得高达3300万美元的里程碑付款，以及在Sagesse Bio最低为6000万的融资前估值股份或者融资后3600万美元债券，其估值将达到的Sagesse Bio的佔据多数股份的权益。
