亚势备份(08290)发布公告，集团预期截至2024年6月30日止6个月将取得亏损净额不超过150万港元，而2023年同期则取得纯利约200万港元。
董事会认为由盈转亏乃主要归因于欠缺2023年所确认取消综合入账一间附属公司的一次性收益;受全球经济整体疲弱及需求疲软影响，来自线上备份及信息平台业务的收益有所减少;及因员工平均人数增加令员工成本上涨。
