港股异动 | 华电国际(01071)A 股复牌跌超6% H股跌超5% 公司拟现金加发行新股收购母企资产
华电国际(01071)A股今日复牌，股价盘中跌超6%。H股早盘跟随下跌，盘中跌超5%。截至发稿，A股跌近6%，H股跌4%，报3.84港元，成交额8268.83万港元。
消息面上，华电国际电力股份此前公布，透过发行股份及支付现金方式，向控股股东中国华电及其附属收购包括华电江苏能源有限公司80%股权等。同时，拟向不超过35名特定投资者发行新A股，集资总额不超过对价股份金额的100%。本次拟注入资产合计在运装机规模约1,597.28万千瓦，占公司现有控股装机规模的27.33%。
花旗此前发布研报称，预计华电国际二季度季净利润同比增长小于10%，远低于首季的77.8%增幅，以及市场预测按年增长68.5%，主要是燃煤发电量低于预期，4月至5月同比下降超过10%，因为湖北、湖南、四川和重庆等地被水电替代。此外，再加上网电价下调，第二季度同比下降4%，与第一季度相近，次季净利润增长可能较低，包括4月至5月份无增长。该行预期，公司上半年盈利逊预期。
