花旗：维持华晨中国(01114)“买入”评级 目标价上调至5.68港元
花旗发表研报称，对华晨中国(01114)开展30天正面催化观察，并将目标价由5.64港元上调至5.68港元，评级维持“买入”。
报告指，来自于合资企业华晨宝马的派息将成为潜在的正面惊喜，该行认为华晨中国在未来2至3年将从增长型股份，转变成现金充裕且高派息的股票，预期股息回报率高达20.2%。同时，由于折扣额更高及销量淡静，留意到市场早已预期上半年“BBA”(即平治、宝马和奥迪)合资企业盈利表现偏弱。
