港股异动 | 明源云(00909)跌超4%再创上市新低 公司上半年收入或下滑5% 地产销售复苏仍待观察
明源云(00909)跌超4%，低见1.65港元，再创上市新低。截至发稿，跌3.45%，报1.68港元，成交额1177.3万港元。
中金发布报告称，预计上半年明源云总收入将同比下滑5%；其中，受住宅开发市场持续调整影响，该行预计公司本地化部署软件及服务收入，以及云服务中的客户关系管理和天际PaaS平台业务收入或将同比下滑；预计项目建设、资产管理及运营业务线收入或将录得双位数增长。
华泰证券指出，受天气因素、新增供给放缓、市场信心回落等影响，7月新房市场迎来传统淡季。二手房表现淡季不淡，或分流了部分新房的需求，但也一定程度上说明了517新政后的复苏迹象仍未消退。8月是传统销售淡季，后续销售市场复苏的可持续性仍有待观察。
