京信通信(02342)发盈警 预计中期股东应占亏损将取得不多于1.6亿港元 同比盈转亏
京信通信(02342)发布公告，集团预期于截至2024年6月30日止6个月集团母公司拥有人应占亏损将取得不多于1.60亿港元，而截至2023年6月30日止6个月之集团母公司拥有人应占利润则取得约1.12亿港元。
集团期内之综合亏损主要是由于以下因素所致：1.全球电信运营商网络资本项目建设计划放慢，因而导致集团期内之营业额及毛利下降;及2.按公允价值评估股权投资产生之亏损及其他收入减少。
董事会认为，集团维持稳健的财务状况及充足的营运资金。展望未来，董事会将不时继续审视集团之营运及策略以应对面前的挑战，对于全球运营商市场、企业专网市场以及通信科技发展的前景和机遇，仍然保持乐观。
