港证监：米高集团(09879)股权高度集中
米高集团(09879)发布公告，证监会最近曾就该公司的股权分布进行查讯。查讯结果显示该公司于2024年7月23日，有13名股东合共持有2.25亿股该公司股份，相当于该公司的已发行股本的24.78%。有关股权连同由该公司一名控股股东持有的6.75亿股(占已发行股本74.26%)，相当于该公司发行股本的99.04%。因此，该公司只有868.5万股(占已发行股本0.96%)由其他股东持有。
该公司股份在2024年3月21日于香港联交所的主版以招股价4.08港元上市。
在2024年4月18日至2024年7月23日期间，该公司股份的价格明显上升，由2024年4月17日收市价4.08港元上升96%至2024年7月23日收市价8.00港元。在2024年5月31日，该公司发出盈利警告，指该集团截至2024年3月31日止，年度净利润估计按年减少约34%至39%。其后，在2024年6月21日，该公司公布截至2024年3月31日的年度业绩。其年度净利润按年下降约34.5%。
于2024年8月1日，该公司股价收报7.65港元，较2024年4月17日收市价4.08港元高出87.5%。
