智富资源投资(00007)发布公告，根据证券及期货条例可从事第1类(证券交易)及第6类(就机构融资提供意见)受规管活动的持牌法团大有融资有限公司已获委任为独立财务顾问，以就要约以及(尤其是)要约是否公平合理及接纳要约向新独立董事委员会及本公司独立股东提供意见。有关委任已获新独立董事会委员会根据收购守则规则2.1批准。
