味千(中国)(00538)发盈警 预计中期取得股东应占亏损2000万元 同比盈转亏
味千(中国)(00538)发布公告，与截至2023年6月30日止六个月公司拥有人应占溢利约人民币1.33亿元相比，预期集团截至2024年6月30日止六个月将取得公司拥有人应占亏损不超过2000万元。
公告称，预期取得股东应占亏损，主要原因如下：门店客流量下降，导致同店销售取得负增长，部分门店出现亏损，进而引致使用权资产及固定资产的减值拨备增加。物业市场疲软导致投资物业重估亏损;此外，以公允价值计量的投资表现亦不如去年同期。相比去年同期取得约7010万净其它收益，该期间预期将会取得净其它亏损。
