天津创业环保股份(01065)：审计委员会更名为审计与风险控制委员会
天津创业环保股份(01065)发布公告，为进一步完善公司风险防控工作，提升风险管理能力，有效防範化解重大风险，及保障企业高质两发展，经并结合公司实际情况，董事会决议批准将董事会下设的董事会审计委员会更名为审计与风险控制委员会，在原有职责基础上增加审议重大风险应对策略及风险解决方案等职责，同时将《董事会审计委员会实施细则》更名为《董事会审计与风险控制委员会实施细则》，增加风险控制相关工作职责。
上述调整仅为董事会审计委员会名称、职责及实施细则调整，该委员会组成成员不作调整。前述调整自本公告日期，即董事会审议通过之日起生效。
