港股异动 | 半导体股午后跌幅扩大 海外制裁进一步持续 产业供需仍处底部弱平衡
半导体股午后跌幅扩大，截至发稿，中芯国际(00981)跌5.39%，报15.8港元；华虹半导体(01347)跌4.65%，报18.44港元；上海复旦(01385)跌3.16%，报11.02港元；晶门半导体(02878)跌1.82%，报0.27港元。
消息面上，海外制裁进一步持续。此前报道称。美国政府计划8月出台新规，将约120家中国半导体相关企业，包括芯片制造厂、工具制造商、EDA软件提供商等，列入限制贸易名单。德邦证券认为，目前美国对国内半导体的制裁措施主要集中在上游的半导体材料/设备、晶圆代工以及下游的先进计算芯片领域。随着美国制裁风险上升，国内半导体自主可控进程亟待加速。
东海证券表示，7月份全球半导体供需继续保持底部弱平衡阶段，手机与智能穿戴保持小幅增长，AI服务器与新能源车保持高速增长，但整体供给相对充裕，半导体价格底部平衡，企业库存相对高位，预计8月份供需继续弱平衡。该行认为，行业需求在缓慢回暖，价格逐步恢复到正常水平；海外压力下国产化力度依然在不断加大，行业估值历史分位较低。
