小摩：相信汇丰控股(00005)及渣打集团(02888)股价过度下跌 次季绩后市场或上调每股盈测
摩根大通发布报告称，英伦银行减息在预期之内，而汇丰控股(00005)及渣打集团(02888)两家银行都交出不错的次季业绩，料市场会上调每股盈利预测，值得注意，汇丰和渣打的总回报分别为9.4%和9.8%，为股价表现提供支持，特别是在市场气氛疲弱时。该行偏好渣打多于汇控。
报告中称，汇丰及渣打的股价回调，分别跑输恒指1.6个及2.5个百分比，部分反映其在伦交所的疲软表现，该行相信，股价过度下跌，尤其是渣打。该行认为，香港商业楼宇仅渣打及汇控的总贷款1%及4%，而渣打的香港商业楼宇贷款成数只在37%水平，并无减值贷款。而即使在减值比率为10%的风险情景下，对盈利的影响也只是个位数字。
