新爱德集团(08412)发布公告，因租约届满，集团于香港兰桂芳经营的娱乐场所“FAYE”已于2024年8月4日结束营业。集团曾尝试与业主协商续租事宜，但最终未能达成协议。集团将继续在市场物色合适场地，以维持及扩展其会所、餐厅及雪茄贵宾厢房业务。
