信达国际控股(00111)获分配认购2800万元债券
信达国际控股(00111)发布公告，于2024年8月2日(交易时段后)，公司经牵头经办人认购发行人Regent Oriental International Co., Ltd.发售的债券，有关指令已于2024年8月2日(交易时段后)获确认，而认购总额为人民币2800万元的债券已分配予公司，代价为人民币2800万元，不包括交易成本。
公告称，集团认购债券作投资用途。董事认为认购事项可为集团提供机会，令其投资组合达致均衡多元，增加集团在城投债方面的交易经验及在中国山东地区的影响力;以及使集团产生稳定回报。认购事项亦支持集团的结构性金融业务发展，符合集团发展策略。
