中国口腔产业(08406)拟收购粤港澳大湾区医疗管理不少于51%的股权
中国口腔产业(08406)发布公告，于2024年8月5日，公司与若干卖方(统称该等卖方)及目标公司订立不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录，据此，公司拟收购该等卖方拟出售的粤港澳大湾区医疗管理有限公司不少于51%的股权，该公司为一间于香港注册成立的公司，主要从事口腔医疗产业的诊疗服务、产品销售、医疗技术开发及赋能服务。
集团一直积极寻求多元化其收入来源，为公司股东带来丰厚回报及多元化发展其现有业务营运至相关上下游业务活动，从而提升整体业务表现并拓宽集团收入来源。因此，董事相信，倘可能收购事项落实，将为其现有业务带来协同效应，并符合公司及股东的整体利益。
