温岭工量刃具(01379)发盈警 预计中期纯利同比减少
温岭工量刃具(01379)发布公告，预期集团于截至2024年6月30日止六个月的纯利较集团截至2023年6月30日止六个月的纯利约人民币1570万元减少，减少范围为约人民币1000万元至人民币1400万元。集团于该期间的纯利预期减少乃主要由于(i)集团于该期间并无销售物业，而截至2023年6月30日止六个月来自销售已竣工物业收入则约人民币2820万元，导致来自销售已竣工物业收入减少，及(ii)投资物业估值亏损由截至2023年6月30日止六个月的约人民币1040万元增加至该期间的约人民币2050万元，乃由于可资比较市场租金及土地使用权期限减少所致。
