中信股份(00267)：中信重工向招商银行洛阳分行申请开立52.90万元的分离式质量保函
中信股份(00267)发布公告，因备件公司(中信重工(洛阳)设备工程有限公司，原“中信重工备件技术服务有限公司”，因保函开立日尚未完成工商变更，仍以中信重工备件技术服务有限公司名义开立保函，故以下简称“备件公司”)业务需要,中信重工接受备件公司委托，作为申请人向招商银行股份有限公司洛阳分行(以下简称“招商银行洛阳分行”)申请开立人民币52.90万元的分离式质量保函。该保函占用中信重工在招商银行洛阳分行的授信额度。截至2024年7月31日，中信重工为备件公司已实际提供的担保余额为58.75万元。
