万科企业(02202)控股子公司为银行贷款事项提供担保
万科企业(02202)发布公告，公司向上海银行股份有限公司深圳分行申请银行贷款，贷款本金金额合计人民币4亿元，期限15年。公司的控股子公司通过将持有的项目公司股权质押、项目资产抵押、应收账款质押或连带责任保证等方式分别为本次相应的贷款提供担保。
此外，公司向中国邮政储蓄银行股份有限公司深圳分行申请贷款并已完成提款，贷款本金金额合计人民币35.6亿元，期限3年。公司之控股子公司以持有的在建工程分别为相关贷款提供相应抵押担保。
