东岳集团(00189)发布公告，开元信德会计师事务所有限公司(“开元信德”)经考虑多项因素(包括其可用内部资源)后，已辞任公司核数师，自2024年8月7日起生效。
董事会经审核委员会的推荐建议，已决议委任中汇安达会计师事务所有限公司(“中汇”)为公司核数师，自2024年8月8日起生效，以填补开元信德辞任后的临时空缺，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
