廖创兴企业(00194)发布截至2024年6月30日止六个月中期业绩，收益3.64亿港元，同比减少2.39%;股东应占亏损4.16亿港元，同比扩大81.62%;每股基本亏损1.1港元，拟派中期股息每股0.11港元。
据悉，亏损增加主要是由于投资物业公平价值亏损所致。尽管如此，集团的整体财务状况依然稳健。重估赤字是非现金和未实现的项目。
