意力国际(00585)发盈警 预期中期取得净亏损约1200万港元 同比盈转亏
意力国际(00585)发布公告，集团预期将于本期间(截至2024年6月30日止6个月)取得净亏损约1200万港元，而2023年同期(上一期间)取得净溢利约500万港元。
董事会认为，预期财务业绩由上一期间的净溢利转为本期间的净亏损乃主要由于(其中包括)本期间证券经纪及资产管理分部及提供融资分部的收入分别减少约30%及46%;及应收保证金贷款及应收贷款的减值拨备的总额较上一期间增加3倍。上述因素已因合并出售分类为持作买卖上市股本投资的已变现收益凈额及分类为持作买卖上市股本投资公平值变动而产生的未变现亏损减少令本期间亏损净减少总计约600万港元而被部分抵销。
