西锐(02507)：部分行使超额配股权、稳定价格行动及稳定价格期结束
西锐(02507)发布公告，招股章程所述的超额配股权已于2024年8月8日(星期四)获独家整体协调人(为其本身及代表国际包销商)部分行使，涉及合共14.96万股股份，相当于任何超额配股权获行使前全球发售项下初步可供认购的发售股份总数约0.27%。
超额配发股份将由公司按每股股份27.50港元的价格发行及配发。超额配发股份将用于促使稳定价格操作人中国国际金融香港证券有限公司向中航通飞香港归还根据借股协议借入的548.76万股股份(用于补足国际发售项下的超额分配)的其中一部分。
根据香港法例第571W章《证券及期货(稳定价格)规则》第9(2)条，公司宣布，有关全球发售的稳定价格期于2024年8月8日(星期四)(即递交香港公开发售申请截止日期后第30日)结束。
