金风科技(02208)及Vensys共同为德国金风提供担保
金风科技(02208)发布公告，该公司的全资子公司 Goldwind Windenergy GmbH(德国金风风能有限责任公司，下称“德国金风”)与奥地利能源公司 Energie Steiermark Green Power GmbH(下称“奥地利能源公司”)签署《风机供货和安装协议》，由德国金风为其提供基础施工和风机供货至项目现场、风机吊装、调试、试运行及缺陷责任期的服务，德国金风将《风机供货和安装协议》转包给其控股子公司 Vensys Energy AG (下称“Vensys”)，由 Vensys 提供前述服务。
公司及 Vensys 分别与奥地利能源公司签署《债务承担协议》，共同为德国金风在上述《风机供货和安装协议》项下的履约责任和义务提供担保，担保金额为8400万欧元，折合人民币约为6.55亿元。
