新股消息 | 现代支付计划五年内完成上市目标
8月9日，现代支付在官方微信公众号上发布第四个五年规划展望，其中提到，即日起，现代支付正式启动IPO计划，在五年内完成上市目标！核心团队根据贡献情况，享受股权/期权激励，分享公司快速发展的红利。同时，为推动公司上市目标早日达成，集团计划投入5亿元专项资金，进一步加快公司转型升级。
据了解，现代支付是由全国现代金融控股有限公司独立投资的全资子公司，于2010年在成都注册成立，注册资本1亿元。2011年12月，现代支付获得人民银行颁发的支付业务许可证， 并于2021年12月完成《支付业务许可证》续展。
今年多家第三方支付公司IPO动作频频。今年4月30日，富友支付向港交所递交招股书，计划在港交所主板挂牌上市；此前，富友支付曾于2015年、2018年、2021年三次与券商签署辅导协议，备战A股上市。另外，3月份，连连数字登陆港股，成为跨境支付第一股。
