巨匠建设(01459)发盈警，预期中期净利润同比减少约40%至60%
巨匠建设(01459)发布公告，预计截至2024年6月30日止6个月(本期间)，集团取得净利润与去年同期约人民币3130万元相比减少约40.0%至60.0%。该减少主要由于集团于本期间的收益及毛利较去年同期的收益及毛利分别约人民币41.68亿元及人民币1.608亿元，分别减少约5.0%至10.0%及2.0%至5.0%，主要是由于房地产市场整体低迷，集团期内新承建项目净值金额减少所致;本期间金融和合同资产的减值损失净额较去年同期约人民币2270万元增加约80.0%至100.0%，原因是受房地产市场低迷影响，部分客户信用风险较去年同期有所上升。
