华富建业金融(00952)：华富建业财务与借款人及个人担保人订立清偿契据
华富建业金融(00952)发布公告，有关华富建业财务与借款人亿利国际投资有限公司，一间于香港注册成立的有限公司订立补充协议的公告。于本公告日期，借款人违反补充协议，亦未能偿还有期贷款债务予华富建业财务，该债务仍然到期未付。
于2024年8月9日，华富建业证券转让且华富建业财务接收保证金贷款协议项下的保证金贷款债务的所有现有及未来的权利、所有权、权益及利益。华富建业财务就保证金贷款债务为借款人的新债权人，并有权执行及收取保证金贷款债务的还款。
于考虑借款人当前财务状况以及华富建业财务与借款人就重组未付金额的还款进行的磋商后，于2024年8月9日，华富建业财务与借款人及个人担保人订立清偿契据，于考虑借款人及个人担保人在清偿契据下的义务及承诺后，华富建业财务同意接受清偿金额的还款，该金额仅代表未付金额的未偿还本金额，作为全额及最终偿还及清偿未付金额。
