GHW INTL(09933)完成向泰安汉威集团的有关增资
GHW INTL(09933)发布公告，增资协议的所有先决条件已获达成且完成于2024年8月12日生效。完成后，南京金海威(公司的一间全资附属公司)及认购人分别拥有目标公司泰安汉威集团有限公司注册资本约91.95%及8.05%的实际权益。目标公司不再由公司全资拥有，惟成为公司的非全资附属公司。
