中国有赞(08083)拟根据股份购回授权回购不超过32.98亿股
中国有赞(08083)发布公告，董事会已决议依市场状况，根据公司股东于2024年6月28日举行的股东周年大会上批准的股份购回授权，不时在公开市场上购回公司股份。根据股份购回授权，公司获准购回于股东周年大会日期已发行股份总数的最多10%，即不超过32.98亿股股份。
公司拟以自有财务资源拨付股份购回的资金。董事会将视乎股份购回时的市况及集团的资本管理需要，决定是否将由公司购回的该等股份注销或由公司作为库存股份持有。
公告称，股份购回将显示公司对本身业务预期及展望的信心，最终将有利于公司并为股东创造价值。董事会亦相信，公司的现有财务资源可在实施股份购回的同时，维持稳健财务状况。
