亨泰(00197)完成配售2100万股 净筹约460万港元
亨泰(00197)发布公告，配售协议列载的所有条件已获达成，而配售事项已于2024年8月12日完成。配售代理已根据配售协议的条款及条件以每股配售股份0.233港元的配售价成功向不少于六名承配人配售合共2100万股配售股份。
配售事项所得款项总额及所得款项净额分别约为490万港元及460万港元。公司拟依先前该公告所揭露的相同方式动用配售事项所得款项净额，即将全部所得款项净额用作集团的一般营运资金。
