富力地产(02777)发布公告，公司于2024年8月11日在香港联合交易所有限公司披露了“内幕消息”公告，公司附属公司怡略有限公司(以下简称“怡略”)尚未支付2025年到期的6.5%现金/7.5%PIK优先票据(ISIN:XS2495355674)、2027年到期的6.5%现金/7.5%PIK优先票据(ISIN:XS2495358009)及2028年到期的6.5%现金/7.5%PIK优先票据(ISIN:XS2495359403)(合称“怡略票据”)的有关利息，该等票据利息支付的宽限期于2024年8月11日届满。
公司正与怡略票据持有人商讨友善解决方案，并将继续密切关注事态发展并考虑所有可能采取的行动，包括但不限于就境外债务制定整体债务管理方案截至目前，公司生产经营及境内债券偿付能力未明显发生重大不利变化。
