昇能集团(02459)发盈警，预期上半年股东应占亏损净额不超过1650万美元
昇能集团(02459)发布公告，集团预期2024年上半年将取得公司拥有人应占亏损净额不超过1650万美元，而截至2023年6月30日止期间(2023年上半年)公司拥有人应占亏损净额约为420万美元。
公告称，上述预期财务业绩乃主要归因于以下因素的综合影响：市场价格受压：尽管目前全球经济于2024年上半年存在不确定性，但集团于2024年上半年仍设法维持与2023年上半年相近的销售水平。然而，由于大多数地区的定价态势仍然持续，石墨电极的平均售价从2023年上半年约4549美元/公吨下降至2024年上半年约3316美元/公吨;平均销售单位成本增加：此乃主要由于2024年上半年根据对石墨电极现行市价的评估所取得存货拨备以及为尽量减少潜在库存风险而采取的去库存措施所致;及石墨负极材料(石墨负极)业务扩展项目的持续发展：在公司继续努力维持石墨电极业务的营运成本效率的同时，公司亦正进行石墨负极扩展项目，因而在准备和发展有关项目的过程中产生相关费用，务求抢占欧洲新能源市场的先机。公司于2024年上半年为在意大利的负极生产设施所举行的奠基仪式标志着此项策略多元化的关键一步。
