东方电气(01072)：东方电气集团累计增持932.1万股公司A股股份 耗资约1.34亿元
东方电气(01072)发布公告，东方电气集团计划自2023年12月8日起12个月内，通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价交易方式增持公司股份，增持金额不低于人民币1.5亿元，不超过人民币3亿元增持股份数量不超过公司总股本的1%，资金来源为东方电气集团自有资金。
东方电气集团于今日(2024年8月14日)继续实施增持，首次实施增持至今，东方电气集团已通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价交易方式增持公司932.1万股A股股份，占公司总股本比例约为0.30%，对应增持金额约为1.34亿元。
截至本公告披露日，东方电气集团持有公司A股股份约17.37亿股，约占公司已发行总股本的55.73%。
基于对公司价值的认可及未来持续稳定发展的信心，公司控股股东东方电气集团后续将按照增持计划继续择机增持公司股份。
