德银天下(02418)发布公告，于2024年8月14日，该公司全资附属公司德银租赁作为出租人与上海爱建签订融资租赁合同IV。此外，于过去十二个月内，德银租赁作为出租人与上海爱建分别于2024年1月26日、2024年2月26日及2024年7月30日签订融资租赁合同I，融资租赁合同II以及融资租赁合同III。
该等融资租赁合同乃由集团于一般及正常业务过程中订立。该等融资租赁合同的条款，包括该等融资租赁合同内租赁物购买总价款、租赁利率和其他费用乃由承租人与出租人参考租赁物估算价值及同类型融资租赁产品的现行市场价格并经公平磋商后厘定。集团与承租人订立该等融资租赁合同，符合集团经营需要，有益于增加集团融资租赁业务收入，符合集团业务发展策略及整体利益。
