紫元元(08223)拟折让约66.44%按“5供3”基准发行供股 最多筹集约8600万港元
紫元元(08223)公布，该公司拟按“5供3”基准发行最多8600万股供股，筹集约8600万港元，每股发行价1港元，较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报的收市价每股2.980港元折让约66.44%。
估计供股的所得款项净额最多为约7950万港元，约7155万港元用于发展集团的医疗器械设备融资租赁服务以及医疗器械设备及耗材贸易业务;及约795万港元用作集团的一般营运资金。
于2024年8月14日(交易时段后)，公司与包销商订立包销协议，据此，包销商有条件同意根据包销协议的条款及条件悉数包销8600万股供股股份。
建议供股须待包销商于包销协议项下的责任成为无条件，且包销商并无终止包销协议后，方可作实。
