亨鑫科技(01085)发盈警 预期上半年权益股东应占溢利约2506.7万-3008万元 同比减少约40%-50%
亨鑫科技(01085)公布，该公司预计2024年上半年公司权益股东应占溢利将在人民币2506.7万-3008万元之间，较去年同期减少约40%至50%之间。然而，该集团于本报告期间的经营溢利较去年同期增加 15%至 25%至约人民币6381.7万元至6936.6万元之间。
董事会认为未经审核公司权益股东应占溢利的减少主要由于本报告期内利息开支及非控制权益分摊利润的增加，导致未经审核公司权益股东应占溢利按期同比下降。另一方面，由于集团在2023年七月完成收购浙江中光新能源科技有限公司，新能源及服务业务板块贡献本报告期的经营溢利同比增加。
