万科企业(02202)控股子公司为公司的银行贷款事项提供担保
万科企业(02202)发布公告，公司向交通银行股份有限公司深圳分行(“交通银行”)申请贷款并已完成提款，贷款本金余额合计人民币13亿元，期限3年。公司的控股子公司上海中隆纸业有限公司(“上海中隆”)、河南万科长基房地产开发有限公司(“河南万科长基”)以持有的资产分别为相关贷款提供相应抵押担保。
此外，公司作为受信人从北京银行股份有限公司深圳分行(“北京银行”)获得授信人民币44.49亿元，并于2024年5月提款19.63亿元，期限10年。近期公司已从北京银行提款9.36亿并将根据需要陆续提款，期限为10年。厦门市万科企业有限公司(“厦门万科”)以持有的厦门市万科广场置业有限公司100%股权提供相应的质押担保。
