金猫银猫(01815)拟255万元收购江西乐通新材料51%股权
金猫银猫(01815)及中国白银(00815)联合公布，金猫银猫的全资附属公司及中国白银的非全资附属江西吉银实业有限公司拟向江西辉颖贸易有限公司收购江西乐通新材料有限公司51%的股权，总代价为人民币255万元。
于收购事项完成后，目标公司将由买方拥有51%股权，并成为金猫银猫的间接非全资附属公司(故为中国白银的间接非全资附属公司)。
于本联合公告日期，目标公司除拥有西藏龙天勇的100%股权外，并无业务营运及其他重大资产及负债。西藏龙天勇主要从事铅锌矿的勘探。于本联合公告日期，西藏龙天勇持有一个授权其于西藏山南市一处面积为28.88平方公里进行矿产资源普查的勘探许可证，有效期限至2026年9月30日，而该期限在满足特定条件下可被延长。
中国白银董事及金猫银猫董事认为目标集团收购事项及附带勘探矿产资源潜能的勘探许可证不仅将为中国白银集团及金猫银猫集团的现有业务带来协同效应，亦有助于分散商业风险。
