阿里巴巴-SW(09988)调整可转换优先票据转换率
阿里巴巴-SW(09988)发布公告，由于2024年股息宣布，依据票据的条款和条件，自2024年6月13日起生效，票据的初始转换率，由每1000美元本金额的票据转换为9.5202股美国存托股份，调整为每1000美元本金额的票据转换为9.7271股美国存托股份;而票据的最大转换率(考虑到在发生票据公告中披露的特定公司事件情形下的提前赎回调整)，则由每1000美元本金额的票据转换为12.3762股美国存托股份，调整为每1000美元本金额的票据转换为12.6452股美国存托股份。
经过上述调整之后，公司在票据获充分转换之后可发行的普通股(包括以美国存托股形式)上限总数(在考虑到发生票据公告中披露的特定公司事件情形下所引致的提前赎回调整)，从4.95亿股普通股增至5.06亿股普通股。公司已向香港联交所提交该等额外普通股上市及交易许可申请。
