SDM教育(08363)与数位资产交易平台BiFinance订立A轮战略投资协议
SDM教育(08363)发布公告，于2024年8月15日，公司与数位资产交易平台BiFinance Platform(BiFinance)，连同公司称为“订约方”)订立A轮战略投资协议(投资协议)，内容有关根据优势互补、互惠互利、共同发展的原则，在区块链技术、现实世界资产、数位资产等领域开展长期合作(战略合作)。
BiFinance成立于2022年，作为一家国际领先的数位资产交易平台，业务范围覆盖全球130个国家和地区，服务数百万级使用者，目前在CoinMarketCap全球排名前50。BiFinance本次A轮融资估值为1亿美元，BiFinance将继续依托于强大的区块链研发技术、深厚的传统金融与金融创新的底蕴，致力于通过区块链技术将传统金融资产与数位资产紧密连结。
订立框架协议符合集团探索相关行业商机的业务策略，董事相信，集团将能够利用订约方在区块链技术、现实世界资产、数字资产、教肓、吞咽及言语治疗及摄影(倘适用)方面的专业知识及经验，有望助力集团发展新业务活动及加强现有业务分部。
