港股异动 | 长实集团(01113)跌超3% 上半年营收净利齐降 中期息同比减少9.3%
长实集团(01113)跌超3%，截至发稿，跌3.01%，报30.65港元，成交额3.11亿港元。
消息面上，长实集团发布截至2024年6月30日止六个月未经审核中期业绩，该集团期内取得集团收入220.08亿港元，同比减少10.55%；股东应占溢利86.03亿港元，同比减少16.73%；拟派发中期股息每股0.39港元，上年同期派0.43港元，同比减少9.3%。
花旗研报指，投资者目前或会对股息失望，并视回购作为回报的可预测性较低，不过该行留意到公司上半年的总股东回报，连同15亿元回购计，实际同比升0.6%，且认为公司经常性利润组合具韧性。另外，该行料其2024至2025年的盈利会受发展物业项目拖累，以及数个在香港项目的利润率或受压，将目标价由36港元降至33.5港元。
