港股异动 | ASMPT(00522)再涨超4% SK海力士将投资先进封装 相关产业链有望持续收益
ASMPT(00522)再涨超4%，本周累计涨幅超17%。截至发稿，涨4.12%，报85.85港元，成交额2.64亿港元。
消息面上，根据财联社报道，SK海力士就美国印第安纳州半导体先进封装工厂的投资，或将获得最高4.5亿美元的直接补助和最高5亿美元的贷款。甬兴证券认为，先进封装在算力时代重要性逐步凸显，相关产业链有望持续受益。
招商证券指出，海外HBM、异构集成等先进封装设备保持较高景气度。其中，ASMPT二季度TCB订单持续强劲增长，先进封装方面，公司获得IDM/OSAT的C2W订单、领先晶圆代工厂/OSAT的C2S订单，持续与领先晶圆代工客户共同开发新一代无助焊剂TCB；HBM方面，公司与原厂在12层及以上HBM堆叠合作进展良好，并在2024年7月获得两台下一代无助焊剂TCB设备订单。
