消息面上，承辉国际昨日晚间发布公告称，董事会已注意到近期公司股份价格及成交量的不寻常波动。经对公司作出有关情况下的合理查询，董事会确认并不知悉导致近期股份价格及成交量波动的任何原因。
公告还指出，公司正在探索及考虑潜在筹资活动的可能性；及成立合营企业(可能构成公司的须予披露交易)。于该公告日期，公司尚未达成或订立任何具约束力的条款或正式协议。
