昊海生物科技(06826)拟斥资1亿-2亿元回购A股
昊海生物科技(06826)发布公告，公司于2024年8月16日召开了第五届董事会第二十五次会议，审议通过了第二期以集中竞价交易方式回购公司A股股份的方案。
基于对公司未来发展的信心以及对公司价值的认可，为增强投资者信心，促进公司稳定健康发展，有效地将股东利益、公司利益及员工利益紧密结合，公司拟通过集中竞价交易方式回购部分已发行A股，以在未来适宜时机用于员工持股计划或股权激励计划。
本次A股回购价格为不超过人民币89.71元╱A股(含)，回购价格上限不高于董事会通过回购方案前30个交易日A股交易均价的150%。本次股份回购的资金总额不低于人民币1亿元(含)，不超过人民币2亿元(含)，资金来源为公司的自有资金。
