美的置业(03990)公布2024年中期业绩，营业收入为人民币251.34亿元，同比减少30.83%;毛利约23.21亿元，同比下降51.6%;公司拥有人应占溢利约3.76亿元，同比减少51.94%;公司拥有人应占核心净利润下降51.1%至约4.19亿元;每股盈利0.26元。
公告称，毛利的下降主要由于期内确认项目单方成本较高和对存在减值迹象的物业开发项目计提减值拨备增加所致。
于2024年6月30日，该集团土地储备的总建筑面积约2,500万平方米，涉及315个物业开发项目，分布于粤港澳大湾区、长三角经济区、长江中游经济区、京津冀经济区和西南经济区五大区域。
于报告期末，该集团累计发行三期共计人民币41.2亿元中期票据，有息负债总量为人民币371.0亿元，较上年同期下降人民币66.6亿元。净负债率为50.1%，现金短债比1.26，扣预资产负债率67.8%，三道红线保持绿档。加权平均融资成本为4.54%，继续保持低位水平。
