建业新生活(09983)：代纪玲获委任为首席执行官，并调任为执行董事
建业新生活(09983)发布公告，史书山先生因集团管理层职责重新分配而辞任公司首席执行官，自2024年8月16日起生效。史先生将继续担任执行董事。
自2024年8月16日起生效：代纪玲女士已由非执行董事调任为执行董事。于调任后，代女士亦获委任为首席执行官。
