兴泸水务(02281)拟以978.2万元转让泸州市兴泸水务(集团)水晶商贸的全部股权
兴泸水务(02281)发布公告，于2024年8月16日(交易时段后)，公司与兴泸资产订立股权交易合同，据此，公司同意转让而兴泸资产同意受让目标公司泸州市兴泸水务(集团)水晶商贸有限公司的全部股权，交易代价为人民币978.2万元。
公告称，订立股权交易合同有利于公司更加专注于自来水生产与供应、污水处理业务，提升公司专业运维管理水平，进而为股东带来更加稳健的利益。
