人身险市场第二大分销商来了，元保赴美IPO
9月17日，Yuanbao Inc.（元保有限公司，下称“元保”）向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）递交F-1文件，计划以“YB”为股票代码在纳斯达克挂牌上市。
元保本次IPO发行由高盛、花旗、中金、老虎等知名投行联席承销。
根据沙利文数据，如果以首年保费口径计算，元保已成为我国人身险市场第二大分销商。
元保聚焦普惠健康险这一增量市场，将AI技术引入保险分销与理赔等全部环节，提升国内保险销售与理赔等售后服务的体验和效率。
截至6月末，共有超过4400个模型支持运营。
2022年与2023年，元保营收增幅均保持在120%以上；今年上半年，营收增至15.29亿元、归母净利达1.75亿元。
截至今年6月末，元保员工总人数430人，研发人员267人，占比62.1%。
此前，元保已成功吸引山行资本、北极光创投、启明创投、SIG、源码资本和凯辉基金等一众知名投资机构的投资。
