春节和劳动节各增1天！2025年放假安排来了
国务院总理李强日前签署国务院令，公布《国务院关于修改〈全国年节及纪念日放假办法〉的决定》（以下简称《决定》），自2025年1月1日起施行。
《决定》共2条，主要规定了以下内容。 一是全体公民放假的假日增加2天，即农历除夕、5月2日，增加后春节放假4天（农历除夕、正月初一至初三），劳动节放假2天（5月1日、2日）。
二是全体公民放假的假日，可合理安排统一放假调休，结合落实带薪年休假等制度，实际形成较长假期。除个别特殊情形外，法定节假日假期前后连续工作一般不超过6天。
